How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nakama ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large freight items, our delivery partner will call you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and cushion covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend checking the specific care label on each product for detailed maintenance instructions.
